Ms. Shih is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor and investor. She joined Blackshore Partners as a strategic advisor in 2024, where she oversees the firm’s operations and principal investment activities. Prior to joining Blackshore, she was the Managing General Partner and Program Manager at Edgewood Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based single-family office, and Venture Partner at Redwood Collective, a premier fund-of-funds focused on investments in Tier 1 and late-stage venture capital funds across technology, IT and healthcare. Ms. Shih has held various executive, corporate and advisory roles in product development, business development and operations with companies including JUDOBABY, Coherent Inc., Applied Materials and GE Capital. She continues to serve as a partner at a Silicon Valley-based single-family office and active investor with the Berkeley Angel Network. Ms. Shih is a first-generation U.S. citizen and earned her B.S. in Business Administration from CSU San Marcos.
